LA City Council Approves ULA Program Guidelines, December 10, 2024
In a momentous closing of the year, LA City Council approved the program guidelines for Measure ULA on Tuesday, December 10. The Citizen Oversight Committee (COC) and LA Housing Department (LAHD) developed these guidelines to inform how Measure ULA programs are implemented.
With these guidelines approved, the housing department can now solicit affordable housing proposals, and launch Measure ULA programs to allocate the $480 million generated by Measure ULA as of December 2, 2024.
The COC is excited to begin working on program implementation throughout 2025!
